Savannah Efird

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me. I was raised in Australia, moved to Hawaii in 2005 and lived there until 2012. Now I'm a resident of Lake Wylie. The weather is great here, mild winter and mostly pleasant. I grew up near the ocean, so it was hard for me living here in the beginning, but over time I've grown to love the southern culture and rich history, but mostly the sweet tea and the southern comfort food.

Outside of real estate, you will find me working on my other business, I launched my own clothing brand recently, a Christian apparel for men and women. The brand's main mission is to grow God's Kingdom. Giving back is also important to me, which is why I donate 20% of all sales to faith-based non-profits. I'm also a full time mom. I love and enjoy spending time with my little family, and my close friends, they are everything to me. I'm a self-proclaimed foodie, I also love to cook, I have been cooking since I was a teenager. When my life outside work is challenging, I always know that there is peace for me in the kitchen. For me cooking is not only relaxing but therapeutic.

I'm a follower of Christ, I wanted to honor Him and serve people with integrity. In an industry that sometimes makes people feel insecure of the unknown with one of the biggest purchases in their lifetime. How comforting to know I can help you lead the way. My love for the Lord is evident, and my walk is a beacon for others to set their paths to walk with God and let Him guide you daily. It is so important to walk in obedience by faith in Our Mighty God, in every step of our journey.

I'm very driven, reliable, and self-motivated with sales ability and creativity. My goal as a real estate professional is to be honest and genuine with everyone I come in contact with and to operate my business with the highest degree of integrity.
